HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

If a style has “Pre-Order” in the product name this means they have a minimum wait time of 14-21 business days before the product is shipped. We are currently in production for these items but don’t want you to miss out on having your handmade items as soon as they arrive to us. Please keep in mind all items are handmade and this waiting period is just an estimation, sometimes they ship before and at times can take longer due to delays in production or customs clearance during transportation from Mexico. Once items arrive to us we will ship via USPS and this will be 2-3 business days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

You will typically receive your items in 5-7 (excluding Pre-Order Items) business days excluding weekends and holidays or delays by UPS or USPS. This means we try our best to ship IN STOCK items within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. And delivery time typically takes 2-3 business days. Our preferred shipping method is USPS or UPS depending on the amount of items being shipped. If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items your order will ship when all items are available.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IF THEY DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY?

All Sales are Final. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges

WHAT SHOES SIZE SHOULD I GET?

If you wear a half size for example a size 7.5 we recommend you size down to size 7 (only if you are a half size). We do not provide half sizes because the leather molds to your feet. If you have wide feet we recommend sizing up for extra room and comfort. Our shoes do run true to size and may fit a bit snug in the beginning but they mold to your feet about a half size after being broken in due to them being real genuine leather.

DO WE COVER STOLEN OR LOST ORDERS?

If your order gets lost or stolen in transit or on your proper please contact the shipping provider. USPS and UPS insure all our deliveries and they will help you recover damages. We do not cover lost or stolen items.
